Welcome to My Apartment! With housing prices through the roof, outlandish inflation, increasing interest rates, the slow pace of wage growth, and the increasing age at which people get married and/or have children, more and more people are waiting to buy a home. It's not always the right time to buy a house, and that's okay! This site is dedicated to helping you turn your apartment into a home. Apartments are wonderful in so many ways (pool, gym, low maintenance, collective safety, valet trash, etc.) but are often limiting in other ways (smaller, small or no dining room, inability to paint and customize, short-term dwelling). I have lived in apartments for over 10 years (one brief stint where I owned a small townhome for two years before selling) and I like to think I've developed some skills when it comes to living, hosting, and thriving in an apartment. So I'm here to share!

Other info about me: I'm 30, work in finance, and live in an apartment with my significant other and toy golden doodle. I like to cook, hike, eat, and travel (when I can afford it! ).
